በእርሻና ቱሪዝም የስራ መስክ ሰማኒያ ሺህ የዉጭ አገር ዜጎች ጣሊያን እንዲገቡ ተፈቀደ

በመጀመሪያ ደረጃ እንኳን ለ2008 በሰላም አደረሳችሁ በማለት የያዝነዉ የሥራ አመት የጤና; የሰላም; የደስታና የብልጽግና ይሆን ዘንድ መልካምና ዘላለማዊ ምኞቴን በዚህ አጋጣሚ ለአንባቢያን ለመግለጽ እወዳለሁ::
“ያለማወቅ ከምንም አያድንም” ከሚል ርእስ በመነሳት በተለያዩ ወቅቶች ከዚህ ዌብ ሳይት አዘጋጅ ጋር ባደረግኩት የስራ ትብብር ከተለያዩ አገሮች ከጣሊያንም ሆነ በተለይም ከጣሊያን አገር ዉጪ ከብዙዎቻችሁ ለተላኩልኝ የምስጋና መግለጫና የማበረታቻ መልእክቶች ለያንዳንዳችሁ በግል መመለስ ቢያዳግተኝም ሁላችሁንም ይህንን ጽሑፍ ምክንያት በማድረግ በሰፊዉ አመሰግናለሁ እላለሁ::
ወደ አርእስቴ ልመለስና በእርሻና ቱሪዝም የስራ መስክ ሰማኒያ ሺህ ለሚሆኑ የዉጭ አገር ዜጎች ጊዜያዊ የስራ እድል ይከፍታል ተብሎ የሚጠበቀዉ የጣሊያን መንግስት የኢምግሬሽን ሕግ በዛሬዉ እለት በነጋሪት ጋዜጣ ላይ ታትሞ ይወጣል ተብሎ በጉጉት ይጠበቃል::
የዉጭ አገር ዜጋዉን ሰራተኛ ለመቅጠር ማንኛዉም ቀጣሪ ግለሰብም ሆነ ድርጅት የቅጥር ፎርሙን ቅጽ ከመሙላቱ በፊት የአገር ዉስጥ ምንስቴር በሚቀጥለዉ ወር (ፌብርዋሪ) መጀመሪያ አካባቢ ያወጣል ተብሎ የሚጠበቀዉን መመሪያና ሰፊ መግለጫ መጠበቅ ይኖርበታል::
የሚመጡትም ሰራተኞች ከተለያዩ አገሮች ሲሆን በተለይም ክሰርቢያ; ከሞንተኔግሮ; ከቦዝኒያ; ከማቼዶኒያ; ከክሮዋዝያ; ከሕንድ; ከፓክስታን; ከባንግላደሽ; ከስሪላንካ; ከኡክራይና; ከቱኒዚያ; ከአልባኒያ; ከሞሮኮ; ከሞልዳቪያና ከግብጽ በብዛት ሊመጡ እንደሚችሉ ተጠቅሷል::
ካሁን ቀደም ማለትም ባለፉት አመታት እ.አ.አ. በ2005; በ2006 እና በ2007 ለተመሳሳይ ስራ ጣሊያን አገር እንዲገቡ ተፈቅዶላቸዉ ሰርተዉ ወደያገራቸዉ ተመልሰዉ የነበሩት ሁሉ ለመምጣት ቅድሚያ ሊሰጣቸዉ እንደሚችልም ጭምር በሕጉ ላይ ተጠቅሷል::
በዚህም አመት እንዳለፈዉ ጊዜ የማመልከቻዉ ቅጽ የሚሞላዉ በእንተርኔት መሆኑም ጭምር ተገልጿል::
“ሰርገኛ መጣ በርበሬ ቀንጥሱ” እንዳይሆን ጉዳዩን መከታተል የሚፈልግ ካለ ስር ደርሶ ከመራወጥና ከመንገላተት ይድናል ብዬ በማለት ይህቺን መልእክት አስተላልፋለሁ::
