በእንቅርት ላይ ጆሮ ደግፍ እንዳይሆን ከአጭበርባሪዎች ተጠንቀቅ

ጉዳዩ በቂ የመኖሪይ ፈቃድ ወረቀት ሳይኖራቸዉ በጣሊያን ምድር ላይ ከዛሬ ነገ ኑሮ ያልፍልኛል ብለዉ በመጠባበቅ ላይ የሚገኙትን የዉጭ ሀገር ዜጎች በተለይም የአማርኛ ቛንቛን አንብበዉ መረዳት የሚችሉትን ሁሉ የሚመለክት ነዉ::
በጣሊያን ሀገር እንደማንኛቸዉም ሌሎች ሀገሮች ሁሉ አንዳንድ አታላዮችና አጭበርባሪ ግለሰቦች ህገወጥ በሆነ መንገድ ገንዘብ ማግኘትን ብቻ ሙያዬ ብለው ተያይዘዉታል:: “ዬትም ፍጪዉ ዱቄቱን አምጪዉ” እንደሚሉት የአያቶቻችን ተረት ይሆንና ልባቸዉ ድንጋይ ከመሆኑ የተነሳ የሌላዉን ሰዉ ችግር ከምንም አይቆጥሩትም፣ ርህራሄ የሚባል በዉስጣቸዉ አልተፈጠረም፣ ማንንም ለይተዉ አያዩም::
ይህችንም ማስጠንቀቂያ ለመጫር ያስገደደኝ ነገር ቢኖር ሰሞኑን እዚሁ በጣሊያን ሀገር በፖርደኖኔ ከተማ (Pordenone) የመኖሪይ ፈቃድ ወረቀት በሌላቸዉ የዉጭ ሀገር ዜጎች ላይ የተከሰተዉ ይህ ነዉ የማይባል የበደል በደል ነዉ:: ፖርደኖኔ (Pordenone) ከተማ ላይ ሰሞኑን የመኖሪይ ፈቃድ ወረቀት ያለገደብ በፖርደኖኔ ፖስታ ቤት በኩል እየተሰጠ ነዉ ብሎ በማስወራት ያለአግባብ ገንዘብ በመቀበልና በማታለል አንዳንድ በጣሊያን ሀገር የሚገኙትን የመኖሪይ ፈቃድ ወረቀት የሌላቸዉን የዉጭ ሀገር ዜጎች ከፍተኛ ችግር ላይ ጥለዋቸዋል፣ የጣሊያን ፖሊስም አገሪቱን ለቀዉ እንዲወጡ አስፈላጊዉን እርምጃ ለመዉሰድ ተገዷል:: መጠንቀቅ የሚገባዉ ነገር ቢኖር ባሁኑ ወቅት የጣሊያን መንግስት ምንም አይነት የመኖሪይ ፈቃድ ወረቀት ሊያስገኝ የሚችል ህግ አልደነገገምና ከፍተኛ ጥንቃቄ ማድረግ ያስፈልጋል::
ይህንን መልእክት ሰምቶ ላልሰማ ማሰማት መልካም ስነምግባር መሆኑን መዘንጋት የለብንምና ተግባራዊ ለማድረግ እንሞክር እላለሁ::
